1. About Hindved and Scope of Services

Hindved Education and Labs LLP is building an integrated preventive wellness and digital-health ecosystem connecting education, technology, professional development, corporate wellness, and community healthcare.

Hindved services may include:

1. Wellness education and training programs;
2. Supplement Mastery School by Vikas Sharma;
3. Twinkle Club membership/program;
4. Anti-Procrastination classes and programs;
5. Workshops, webinars and masterclasses;
6. Recorded and live educational courses;
7. Nutrition, fitness and lifestyle education;
8. Mental wellness and lifestyle coaching;
9. Health-risk assessment and screening support;
10. Digital health and wellness platforms;
11. AI-enabled wellness tools and monitoring;
12. Professional-development programs;
13. Corporate and employee wellness programs;
14. Community health and awareness programs;
15. CSR and institutional wellness projects;
16. Digital consultations and wellness-support services;
17. Software, practitioner dashboards and technology solutions; and
18. Other educational, wellness, professional or digital services introduced by Hindved from time to time.

Each program may have its own curriculum, price, duration, eligibility, delivery method, access period and specific conditions.

2. Program Validity & Access Period

Each Hindved program or membership is provided for a defined validity/access period.

A. Twinkle Club

The standard validity of the Twinkle Club membership/program is ONE (1) YEAR from the date of enrollment/activation, unless a different period is specifically mentioned in the applicable offer.

Access automatically expires at the completion of the applicable validity period unless renewed or officially extended by Hindved.

B. Anti-Procrastination Program / Classes

The standard validity/access period for the Anti-Procrastination Program is ONE (1) YEAR from the date of enrollment/activation, unless otherwise specifically stated at the time of purchase.

C. Supplement Mastery School by Vikas Sharma

The standard access period for Supplement Mastery School by Vikas Sharma is:

6 Months Regular Access + 1 Bonus Month = Total 7 Months

The validity begins from the date of enrollment/activation unless otherwise communicated in writing. After completion of the 7-month period, course access automatically expires unless Hindved specifically provides an extension or renewal.

D. Other Hindved Programs

Certain Hindved programs, memberships, software services, professional programs or special packages may be offered for: a specific number of months; 1 year; 2 years; 3 years; another specifically defined period; or lifetime access.

The exact validity displayed on the applicable product page, checkout/payment page, invoice, enrollment communication, proposal or written offer at the time of purchase shall apply.

E. Lifetime Access

Where the words "Lifetime Access" are specifically offered, lifetime access means access for the period during which the applicable program/service/platform remains actively maintained and commercially available by Hindved, subject to applicable law, technology availability and these Terms.

Lifetime access does not mean the lifetime of any individual person and does not guarantee that a particular technology platform or service will operate indefinitely.

3. Enrollment & Registration

Enrollment becomes effective after: successful payment, where applicable; completion of required registration information; and activation/confirmation by Hindved or its authorized system.

Users must provide correct and complete information during enrollment. Providing false, misleading, incomplete or fraudulent information may result in suspension or cancellation of access.

4. Single-User Access

Unless expressly sold as a corporate, family, institutional or multi-user plan, all Hindved educational memberships and accounts are intended for one registered user only.

Users must not: share login credentials; share OTPs or passwords; provide course access to another person; sell or transfer membership access; upload Hindved content to another platform; redistribute recordings, PDFs or presentations; or commercially reproduce Hindved educational material without authorization.

Hindved may suspend or terminate accounts where unauthorized sharing or misuse is detected.

5. Course Delivery

Hindved programs may be delivered through: live online sessions; recorded sessions; learning-management systems; mobile applications; websites; video-conferencing platforms; WhatsApp or other communication platforms; PDFs and digital notes; physical workshops; corporate/institutional sessions; or a combination of these methods.

The mode of delivery may vary depending upon the particular program.

6. Program Content & Schedule Changes

Hindved continuously develops and improves its educational and wellness programs. Therefore, Hindved may reasonably: update curriculum; add or remove modules; update research or educational materials; change trainers or faculty; reschedule classes; modify session timing; replace outdated content; change delivery platforms; introduce new digital features; or reorganize the sequence of a program.

Such reasonable academic, technical or operational changes will not ordinarily constitute cancellation of the purchased program.

7. Fees & Payment

All applicable fees will be communicated before payment. Payments may be collected through Razorpay or other authorized payment gateways used by Hindved.

The user is responsible for checking: program name; program validity; price; applicable discount; taxes; EMI/installment conditions; and refund conditions — before completing payment.

A purchase is considered confirmed only after successful payment authorization and confirmation.

8. GST & Taxes

Applicable taxes, including GST where legally applicable, may be included in or added to the displayed price. The final payable amount shown at checkout/payment shall be the amount payable by the customer. Applicable tax invoices may be issued according to statutory requirements.

9. Payment Failure or Duplicate Payment

If money is debited from the customer's account but the transaction is shown as unsuccessful or pending, the customer should contact Hindved with the transaction details.

Resolution may depend upon Razorpay, the relevant bank, UPI service, card issuer or payment network. In case of a verified duplicate payment for the same transaction, the duplicate amount may be refunded after verification.

10. Discounts & Special Offers

Hindved may periodically provide: promotional offers; festival offers; early-bird pricing; coupons; scholarships; referral offers; special membership prices; or other discounted packages.

Offers may have separate eligibility, validity and refund conditions. A customer purchasing at one price cannot claim a refund or adjustment merely because Hindved subsequently introduces a lower promotional price.

11. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund conditions depend upon the specific program and the plan under which enrollment was purchased.

Supplement Mastery School

Where a standard plan is specifically sold under Hindved's standard refund arrangement, a refund request may be considered within 7 days from enrollment, with the maximum refund limited to 50% of the applicable course fee, subject to the conditions communicated for that enrollment.

Where Supplement Mastery School is purchased through a discounted, promotional, special-offer or specifically non-refundable plan, the payment shall be non-refundable where this condition was disclosed at purchase.

Other Programs

Twinkle Club, Anti-Procrastination programs, workshops, memberships, software subscriptions and other Hindved programs may have program-specific refund policies. The refund/cancellation condition communicated on the applicable enrollment or payment page at the time of purchase shall apply.

12. EMI / Installment Payments

Where Hindved permits payment through EMI or installments, the participant remains responsible for completing the agreed payment schedule.

Where disclosed as part of the applicable enrollment terms: EMI payments are non-cancellable; amounts already paid through EMI are non-refundable; and certain recordings, certificates or complete program access may be released only after completion of the required payments.

Failure to complete an agreed payment schedule may result in suspension of course access.

13. Non-Attendance

A participant is responsible for attending and utilizing the program during its applicable validity period. Failure to attend classes or use available content does not automatically extend the validity period.

A refund or extension will not ordinarily be provided merely because the participant: missed live classes; was personally unavailable; did not watch recordings; did not complete assignments; did not use the membership; did not complete the course; or failed to access the platform during the validity period.

14. Educational & Wellness Disclaimer

Hindved provides preventive-wellness education, training, awareness, lifestyle guidance, professional education and digital wellness support.

Unless expressly delivered by an appropriately licensed healthcare professional within their authorized professional scope, Hindved services do not constitute: medical diagnosis; medical treatment; emergency healthcare; prescription of medicines; replacement of a doctor; or treatment or cure of disease.

Health-related educational content should not be used to discontinue or alter prescribed medication or medical treatment without consultation with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

15. Supplement Education Disclaimer

Supplement Mastery School and related Hindved programs provide education concerning supplements, nutrition, physiology, wellness and related scientific topics. Such education does not constitute an individualized medical prescription.

Participants should remain within their professional scope of practice and applicable laws when using information learned through Hindved. Hindved does not authorize an individual to diagnose, treat or prescribe merely because the individual has completed a Hindved educational program.

16. No Guaranteed Health Results

Individual results depend upon numerous factors including health status, age, lifestyle, adherence, nutrition, physical activity, medical conditions and other individual circumstances.

Hindved does not guarantee: weight loss; disease reversal; normalization of laboratory values; specific fitness outcomes; supplement response; mental-health outcomes; or any other specific health result.

Testimonials and case studies represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of future outcomes.

17. Anti-Procrastination & Behavioral Program Disclaimer

Anti-Procrastination classes are educational and behavioral-development programs intended to support productivity, habits, self-management and personal development. They are not a substitute for psychiatric, psychological or other professional mental-health treatment where such treatment is required.

Individual behavioral and productivity outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

18. Certification

Where Hindved issues a certificate, it confirms participation, completion or achievement according to the applicable Hindved program requirements.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a Hindved certificate is not: a medical license; a statutory healthcare registration; a university degree; a government professional license; or authorization to practice a regulated profession.

19. Employment & Professional Opportunities

Hindved may connect trained wellness professionals with corporates, institutions, healthcare organizations, CSR initiatives, community projects or other professional opportunities.

However, completing a Hindved program does not guarantee: employment; placement; salary; client acquisition; business income; partnership; or professional engagement. Selection remains dependent upon the requirements and decisions of the relevant organization or opportunity.

20. Corporate & Community Wellness Services

Hindved may provide customized preventive-health and wellness programs for corporates, educational institutions, NGOs, CSR initiatives, communities and other organizations. Such services may be governed by separate proposals, contracts or statements of work.

Where a separate written agreement exists, that agreement shall apply to the relevant engagement.

21. Digital Health & Wellness Platform

Hindved may provide digital wellness tools including health assessments, progress tracking, practitioner dashboards, digital consultations, analytics, wellness monitoring, AI-enabled tools and related technology.

Digital tools are intended to assist wellness education, organization, monitoring and decision support. Unless expressly stated and legally authorized, an AI or digital wellness output should not be considered an independent medical diagnosis.

22. Technology Availability

Users acknowledge that digital services depend upon internet connectivity, hosting infrastructure, software platforms and third-party technologies.

Temporary downtime may occur because of: maintenance; software upgrades; server problems; internet failure; cybersecurity measures; third-party outages; or circumstances beyond Hindved's reasonable control.

Reasonable temporary downtime does not automatically entitle the user to a refund.

23. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Hindved owns or is authorized to use its: course videos; presentations; PDFs; workbooks; assessments; software; training systems; frameworks; graphics; website content; recorded sessions; branding; educational resources; and proprietary methodologies.

These materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

24. Recording & Redistribution

Participants may not record, screen-record, download without authorization, reproduce, publish, resell or redistribute Hindved classes or proprietary educational material.

Unauthorized publication on YouTube, social media, Telegram, WhatsApp, websites, cloud drives, courses or other platforms is prohibited.

25. User Conduct

Participants must maintain respectful conduct toward: trainers; employees; consultants; other participants; community members; and associated professionals.

Harassment, abuse, threats, deliberate disruption, fraudulent behavior, unauthorized solicitation or illegal activity may result in suspension or termination.

26. Privacy & Personal Information

Hindved may collect information required for: enrollment; payments; program delivery; customer support; certification; assessments; wellness services; communication; and legal/compliance requirements.

Personal information will be handled according to Hindved's applicable Privacy Policy and applicable law.

27. Health Information

Where participants voluntarily provide laboratory reports, health assessments, lifestyle information or other wellness information, they are responsible for providing accurate information.

Health-related information will be handled in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy, consent requirements and legal obligations.

28. Third-Party Services

Hindved may use third-party platforms such as payment gateways, communication platforms, cloud services, video-conferencing systems, LMS platforms or other technology providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Hindved is not responsible for independent failures of third-party systems beyond its reasonable control.

29. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hindved shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from misuse of educational information, unauthorized medical reliance on educational content, failure to obtain appropriate healthcare advice, user misconduct or independent third-party platform failures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

30. Force Majeure

Hindved shall not be responsible for delays or failure of service caused by circumstances reasonably beyond its control, including natural disasters, epidemics, government restrictions, internet or infrastructure failures, cyber incidents, strikes or other force-majeure events.

Where reasonably possible, Hindved may provide rescheduling, alternative delivery, digital delivery or an appropriate extension.

31. Termination of Access

Hindved may suspend or terminate access where a user: shares an account without authorization; redistributes copyrighted material; engages in fraudulent payment activity; abuses trainers or participants; misuses Hindved platforms; violates intellectual-property rights; or materially breaches these Terms.

Termination due to serious user misconduct does not automatically create a right to refund.

32. Communication

By enrolling, users agree that Hindved may send necessary transactional and service communications concerning: payment confirmation; enrollment; class schedules; program updates; account access; certificates; support; renewal; and other service-related matters.

Promotional communications will be handled subject to applicable consent and communication laws.

33. Program-Specific Terms

Certain programs may have additional terms concerning: duration; access; refund; certification; attendance; assessment; EMI; renewal; software licensing; or special benefits.

Where properly disclosed at the time of enrollment, such program-specific conditions form part of these Terms.

34. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Hindved may periodically revise these Terms to reflect changes in services, technology, law, payment systems or business operations.

The latest version will be published on the official Hindved website with an updated revision/effective date.

35. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.

Users should first contact Hindved through its official support or grievance channel regarding any dispute so that an amicable resolution can be attempted.

Subject to mandatory consumer-protection and other applicable laws, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to the registered office of Hindved Education and Labs LLP.

36. User Acceptance

By making payment, registering, enrolling or using a Hindved service, the user confirms that they:

1. Have read these Terms & Conditions;
2. Understand the validity of the program being purchased;
3. Understand the applicable cancellation/refund conditions;
4. Understand that health and professional results cannot be guaranteed;
5. Agree not to misuse or redistribute Hindved intellectual property;
6. Agree to Hindved's Privacy Policy and applicable program-specific policies; and
7. Voluntarily agree to purchase and participate in the selected service.
